- remove lib   *EthLib, expose gui itself to initial import window
- remove addr []byte instead use dynamic adress()
- use ethereum.KeyManager to retrieve address and privateKey
- add Session string (keyRing identifier)
- add and reimplement ImportAndSetPrivKey and CreateAndSetPrivKey
